After practicing general dentistry for a decade, Dr. Odabashian discovered his true passion in endodontics and pursued advanced specialty training. He earned both his Certificate in Endodontics and Master of Science degree from Loma Linda University (LLU).

Dr. Odabashian has contributed to academic research at UCLA, Tufts University, and Loma Linda University, reflecting his longstanding commitment to advancing the field. He served for 20 years as a part-time Assistant Professor in the Department of Graduate Endodontics at LLU and also held a position as Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Sciences at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).

He has been actively involved in organized dentistry at both the regional and national levels. Dr. Odabashian currently serves as president of the Southern California Academy of Endodontics (SCAE). He previously served as District VII Director representing Southern California at the American Association of Endodontists (AAE). His leadership roles include:

• Chair, Bylaws Committee, International Academy of Endodontists (IAE)
• President, Glendale Academy of Dentistry (GAD)
• Board of Trustees, Armenian Dental Association (ADA-Armenia)

• Bylaws Committee Member, American Association of Endodontists (AAE)
• Bylaws Committee member, Armenian American Medical Society (AAMS)

Dr. Odabashian is a recognized speaker who continues to lecture both nationally and internationally on advanced topics in endodontics. He has lectured in Lebanon, Armenia, and most recently in Nice, France to the Nice Dental Society (GEDO) in France.

Elizabeth has been with us since day one in 2007. She is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Elizabeth is the kind of person who will make you feel at ease, and make all of our patients feel special and well taken care of. 

Gevorg recently joined our practice. He is an Armenian dentist from Moscow. He is here in the States less than a year with his wife and son. He is very pleasant to work with and does very well with patients while he prepares for taking the dental examinations for licensure. He will be with us for some time while we get him accustomed to private practice in the US. We are happy to have him here.

Mania has been in our practice for three years serving in the capacity of a receptionist, clinical assistant and overall support staff. She is preparing for a career in dentistry and so is very well attuned to patient's dental needs. Mania is knowledgeable, courteous and very accommodating to all our patients. 

Jacklin has been with our office for over 10 years. She began assisting endodontics in Australia and when she moved to Los Angeles to be with her parents, she joined our practice. Although Jacklin now works with us part- time, she fis the glue that keeps the practice together. She has a wonderful outlook on life and always has a smile on her face. She will make anyone feel at ease. We are glad that although Jacklin needed to move to working at a general practice office that needed her services, she managed to keep one day a week for us to tie loose ends. 

Dr. Odabashian feels blessed not only in his chosen profession but more so with his family. He is married to his beautiful wife, Lilit, and his three children,   daughter, Galia, (21) a first year student at UCLA School of Dentistry, Serge (18) a soon to be Junior at UC Irvine, and his angel son, Noah (16). At Glendale MicroEndodontics, our patients become part of our extended family, and are treated like family.
